I am currently able to take the below insurance:

• Cigna and Evernorth

• Optum and United Health Group

 

Currently I am providing services for clients who have Cigna or Optum insurance, and clients who prefer to not go through insurance (and will have a cash-pay agreement). My cash-pay fees are comparable to other psychologists in the area. Payment is due by credit card or electronic payment at the time of session. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy; if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and have not notified me 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for payment of the full cost of the session.

If you are covered by a PPO health insurance, I can provide a statement that can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

• 50 minute therapy session: $200
